At least 8 years of experience in compliance, includinng leadership role, preferably whithin the FinTech space, focusing on regulatory compliance and experience with TaxTech. In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management strategies, particularly within the EU compliance environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience motivating teams, driving transformation, and improving performance within compliance functions. Fluency in both English and German.
